The Warbank subscription is the best way to support our project while enjoying better prices in our store!
With Warbank, every month, you can convert the subscription cost into Neons, the currency of the Arches! These Neons can then be used to purchase any product in our store.
And brace yourself, Warbank values your loyalty: Each year, the Neon conversion rate increases! It’s our way of thanking you for your ongoing commitment.

How do the Neons work?
Whenever your subscription payment goes through, its cost will be converted into Neons. You can check your Neon balance on the My Neon page of your account. (Note that, for now, your faithful servant manually deposits the Neons into your vault at the beginning of each month, so there may be a slight human delay between the deduction and the arrival of Neons.)
The value of Neon will always be the same: €1 = 10 Néons.
The significant advantage of Warbank is that the conversion rate works in your favor! Indeed, from the first payment, you will receive 105 Neons for a Silver subscription or 210 Neons for a Gold subscription.
But wait, there is more! Each year, your Vault will level up , improving your Neon conversion rate! (see table below.) As a result, our products will cost less and less when you use your Neons.
Néons can be use on the cart page and will be apply on any product of our webshop. Only the shipping cost have to be paid with (boring) regular currency.
In the first year of your subscription, your Vault starts a level 0. However, as you can see in the table, you already receive a 5% bonus on your conversion rate: Your €10 (for a Silver subscription) are converted into 105 Neons (instead of 100). Isn’t that beautiful?
Once level 1 is reached (for your 13th deposit) your conversion rate increases to 10%. And starting from Level 2, we kick it up a notch: Your conversion rate will increase by 10% every year!
You’re not dreaming! Once you reach Level 10, every euro deposited will be converted into 20 Neons (equivalent to €2).

When will the Payments occur ?
The initial payment will occur on the date of your subscription to the Warbank. All subsequent recurring payments will take place on the first of each month.
Attention : this means that if you subscribe on the 31st of the month, a second payment will occur the following day!
If you are caught off guard by such a situation and haven’t had a chance to read this information, don’t worry ! Simply send an email to indie.wargame@gmail.com, and we will refound one of the two payments. Alternatively, you can choose to leave things as they are if you want to accelerate your Level Vault progress (as each payment contributes to your advancement).
Can I cancel my subscription ?
Of course, we’re not in the Pit here!
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that you will lose your loyalty bonus if you do so. It’s also possible to put your subscription on Hold. You can then resume your subscription from where you paused it without any penalty!
Both options will be available on your Subscription page .
Can I change the Tier of my subscription?
Absolutely ! You can always switch from a Gold subscription to a Silver subscription if you wish.
If you want to upgrade from a Silver subscription to a Gold subscription, you can also do so. However, your vault level will be halved (rounded up).
Exactly! This means that if you increase the level of your vault before reaching Level 2, you won’t lose any levels. Well spotted, cunning optimizer!
